Privacy policy
We take your photos and personal data seriously.
Placeholder text — pending legal review.
What we collect
Your email, uploaded photo, poster text and, for physical orders, your shipping address. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details.
How we use it
Only to create, deliver and support your order, and to send you your preview. We never sell your data or photos.
Photo retention
Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 30 days. Generated posters linked to an order are kept so we can reprint if needed, unless you ask us to delete them.
Processors
We use trusted service providers for AI image generation, payment, email and printing. They only process data to provide their service to us.
Your rights
You can request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@nowstarring.co. Residents of Québec benefit from the rights provided by Law 25.
